Tonight's service was clean and calculated. We communicated well as a team and we were finishing each others plates with ease. Not once did we see the weeds. It went so well we were even able to rotate breaks during the rush. I was first out tonight, this never happens, and I couldn't be happier. I am tired and a bit sore from the last three nights at work. Time for a drink and a much needed day of rest.
Here's to chasing that first pint. Bottoms up!
